psychic purple pokemon

started doodling this while watching house, and then it started to actually look kinda good so i finished it out. :B didn't really know what to do with the back legs, so uh... just ignore those. XD or tell me how to draw them. 8D;;

glowy thing kinda happened by accident. i started colouring with the darkest purple and then i was like... "hmm, i don't wanna use a darker purple so i guess i will shade BACKWARDS! hahahaha!" and apparently that makes things look glowy. hooray? the front legs were also by accident. i can't draw forelegs that well on purpose. all my best stuff is by accident. XO
